Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Standard shipping is available on all Australian orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location — please allow up to 21 business days for delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au.
